STAYING AT TOURIST FARM GARTNER:

1.) Check-in: 2 pm - 10 pm
Check-out: till 10 am

2.) Pets are allowed. Additional payment is required.

3.) Parties are not allowed.

4.) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

5.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 7 am.

6.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner's assessment.

 

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES:

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made on arrival.

3.) The guest has the right to refund the advance payment by canceling the stay in writing:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 90% advance payment
- up to 21 days before arrival: 60% advance payment
- up to 14 days before arrival: 40% advance payment
- up to 8 days before arrival: 20% advance payment
- from 7 to 1 day before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable.

The only exception is the cancellation of the reservation due to force majeure. The same applies if the guest does not arrive and has not previously canceled the reservation within the above-mentioned period. In this case, the guest may also be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the full price of the confirmed reservation.
